Aspiration Pneumonia:
- In supine patients, the superior segments of the lower lobes are most often involved.
- In supine patients, the superior segments of the lower lobes are most often involved.
Silicosis, sarcoidosis and eosinophilic granuloma involve
the upper lobes more frequently.
