Anatomy

1.The tibial artery s the largest  nutrient artery in body.
2.locking of knee -> medial rotation of lower end of femur on tibia.
3.Intra articular tendon -> popliteus .
4. Sartorius , gracilis and semi tendanosus -> inserted on medial surface of tibia.
5.Adductor canal (or) hunters canal. -> femoral vessel , saphenous nerve and nerve to vastus medialis .
